On the first new moon of the year, join Corinna Wood for 8 Seasons of the Wise Woman Path—a free live workshop.

The threshold season of Imbolc lives between winter solstice and spring equinox. The light is returning, but we’re not at spring yet. This is a natural time to listen inward.

Together we'll explore the 8 seasons of the wise woman path, focusing on Imbolc—and you’ll leave with practical steps you can use right away.

In our time together Sunday, you'll receive:

  • A hands-on Imbolc practice to reconnect with your innate needs—why "needs are selfish" is a myth, and what to do about it.
  • How the 8 seasons reflect your inner landscape—so you can orient when life feels tender, tangled, or loud.
  • Space to quietly clarify a self-healing intention for the year ahead—held alongside other women.

Sharing is always optional (via chat). At the end, we’ll open space for questions—whatever’s on your heart or mind.

Bring a candle. Bring a cup of tea. Bring your real life.

Who this is for

Come if you’re an earthy (or down-to-earth) woman who…

  • Is tired of abandoning herself to keep the peace, or
  • Senses she’s in a season of transition (midlife, aging, relationship shifts, loss, new horizons), or
  • Craves a steady framework that honors both light and dark—and actually works in real life

Let's light a candle for your self-healing journey this year.

What is the Wise Woman Path mentorship?

The Wise Woman Path mentorship with Corinna Wood is an earth-based, woman-centered approach to real-life inner healing. You can complete in one year or continue.

The Wise Woman Path is a yearlong container—where the wisdom of the earth meets the healing of your inner world. Yes, it includes teas and tinctures... and it also includes you: your needs, your boundaries, your beliefs.

Guided by the 8 seasons of The Year’s Spiral, you learn to understand your inner landscape through a seasonal lens, and to live the Wise Woman Needs Wheel through everyday choices.

At the end of the workshop, Corinna will share a brief invitation to continue inside the mentorship—only if you wish to go deeper. (This is our once-a-year opening for new participants.)

This isn’t self-help that lives in your head. It’s practical support that meets you in your bones—honoring both light and dark, without bypassing what’s real.
