In enrolling for The Wise Woman Map of Life & Love, you recognize and honor the commitment of Corinna Wood and understand that her materials are protected by copyright as proprietary intellectual property. 

Please review the following terms and conditions of program participation. As a condition of participating in the program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this agreement.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the program, you are guaranteed a full money-back refund within 14 days of your enrollment. Your refund is guaranteed to be issued regardless of reason.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 5:00 EST.

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days of enrollment. After day 14 all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all rights granted you to use the material provided to you under the company’s terms of use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you.

PAYMENT PLAN 

In consideration of your access to the program, you agree to pay the following fees. You may choose between a single payment  or 3 monthly payments. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a monthly basis.

Please note: If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the program’s refund policy, above. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the refund policy.

REGISTRATION REFUSAL

Wise Woman Studies reserves the right to refuse any registration.

PROGRAM SERVICES

As part of the program, Wise Woman Studies shall provide the following to you:

A password protected program area: Wise Woman Studies shall maintain a program area that will include video lessons and worksheets. You shall have access to this program area for 3 years from your date of enrollment. In the event that the company intends to close the program area prior to that date, it shall provide you with a 30 day notice and the ability to download the worksheets and audio resources contained in the program area.

PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All of the materials, class content, and handouts that Corinna Wood has developed are the intellectual property of Corinna Wood and are protected by copyright. You are not authorized or permitted to teach or otherwise share that material without explicit written permission from Corinna Wood. 
2. The basis of your use of, and access to the program materials is the non-exclusive privilege to use (but not sublicense or own) for your personal study. You agree not to reproduce any materials or to use program materials in any capacity other than personal study, without permission from Corinna Wood. You agree not to post materials on Facebook pages, study groups, or other private resources for study or networking without permission from Corinna Wood.
3. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, sell, alter, or enhance any of the handouts from this program in any manner, except for personal use without explicit written permission from Corinna Wood.
4. In registering for this program you are agreeing that you will not create any online or onsite training program based upon or in competition with this program or related programs offered by Corinna Wood.
5. The company name, logo, slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wise Woman Studies or its affiliates or licensors. Your participation in the program does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to you, and, as a condition of participation in the program, you agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection.
   
   

PRIVACY

As a condition of participating in the program, you hereby agree to respect the privacy of other program participants and to respect the company’s confidential information. Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other program participants outside of the bounds of the program unless you receive express written permission from such other participants to share the information. Similarly, the content of the program contains the company’s proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates, and other information. You hereby agree not to share the information provided to you in the program with anyone other than the Wise Woman Studies, its owners and employees, and other program participants.

FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

These materials and instruction are for educational purposes only and are not to be construed as professional advice. Corinna is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or counselor and is not responsible or liable for your experience. Participants are responsible for seeking their own professional support as needed.

You understand that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the parties wish to continue their relationship, they shall execute a separate agreement.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

The parties agree that they neither will engage in any conduct or communications with a third party, public or private, designed to disparage the other. Neither you nor any of your associates, employees or affiliates will directly or indirectly, in any capacity or manner, make, express, transmit, speak, write, verbalize or otherwise communicate in any way (or cause, further, assist, solicit, encourage, support or participate in any of the foregoing), any remark, comment, message, information, declaration, communication or other statement of any kind, whether verbal, in writing, electronically transferred or otherwise, that might reasonably be construed to be derogatory or critical of, or negative toward, Wise Woman Studies or any of its programs, members, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or representatives.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Woman Studies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the program and related services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The company reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with the company in asserting any available defenses.

UPDATES TO TERMS

These terms may be updated from time to time as the program is refined. As such, you will be bound by the updated terms.
