Wise Woman Path Yearlong Mentorship

By joining the Wise Woman Path Yearlong Mentorship (the “Mentorship”), you acknowledge and honor the commitment of Corinna Wood and understand that her materials are protected by copyright as proprietary intellectual property.

For clarity: the Mentorship is administered as an auto-renewing annual membership to keep your access continuous. You can always step out before renewal.

Please review the following terms and conditions of participation. As a condition of participating in the Mentorship, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this agreement. The Mentorship is offered by Wise Woman Path (S-Corp) and presented by Corinna Wood / Holistic Women’s Wisdom.

NATURE OF THE OFFERING

The Mentorship is a yearlong, woman-centered program delivered via an online learning portal and live video gatherings.

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLAN

This Mentorship is an annual commitment. You may pay in full today or choose the monthly plan (12 installments). On the monthly plan, your first payment is charged today and the remaining 11 payments are charged automatically each month. Outside the 7-day refund window, payments continue through the end of your annual term (a 12-payment commitment on the monthly plan). You may cancel anytime to stop renewal at term end; canceling does not shorten the current term.

REFUND POLICY (7-DAY, 100% MONEY-BACK)

If you are not satisfied, you are protected by a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If it isn’t a fit, no questions asked—email [email protected] within 7 days of registration for a full refund of your first payment (or your pay-in-full).

Requests received after 7 days are not eligible for refund. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you remain responsible for the full program fee, regardless of participation.
If you selected a monthly payment plan and do not request a refund within 7 days, your remaining scheduled payments will continue as agreed.

Upon refund, your access to all Mentorship materials ends and you agree to cease use and delete any downloaded materials.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL & CANCELLATION

The Mentorship is administered as an auto-renewing annual membership to keep your access continuous. Your membership renews annually at your current plan and rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send reminder emails 30 and 7 days before renewal. To prevent future charges, contact [email protected] to cancel before your renewal date.

Your rate is honored as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel and later return, you’ll enroll at the then-current public rate. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current annual term; access continues until that date and your plan will not renew.

PROGRAM SERVICES (ACCESS & LIVE RHYTHM)

As part of the Mentorship, Wise Woman Path provides:

• A password-protected program area with video lessons and downloadable handouts.
• Live online gatherings about monthly: eight seasonal Q&As (recorded for replay) and four community circles (unrecorded).

COMMUNITY CARE, CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

We value consent-based participation. You will be asked to honor community norms: showing up with respect and consideration; sharing from personal experience; witnessing rather than advice-giving; cameras optional, “pass” is always welcome. Do not share another participant’s stories, names, or identifying details outside the Mentorship.

Seasonal Q&As are recorded and shared with participants; community circles are unrecorded. While we ask participants to keep shares confidential, confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed. Please share at your own level of comfort.

PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All materials, class content, and handouts developed by Corinna Wood are the intellectual property of Corinna Wood / Wise Woman Path and protected by copyright. Your use is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal study only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, teach, or adapt Mentorship materials in any capacity other than personal study without written permission from Corinna Wood.

Your login is for your personal use only; sharing access credentials or materials externally is not permitted.

You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, sell, alter, or enhance any of the handouts from this program in any manner except for personal use without explicit written permission from Corinna Wood.

By registering, you agree not to create any online or on-site training program based upon or in competition with this program or related programs offered by Corinna Wood.

The company name, logo, slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wise Woman Path or its licensors. Participation does not transfer any intellectual property to you.

MENTORSHIP/COACHING SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you engage in individual or small-group mentorship/coaching with Corinna, you acknowledge this is mentorship/coaching, not therapy or medical care. Mentorship/coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure conditions.

You are responsible for your well-being during and after sessions, including your choices and decisions. Results are not guaranteed.

FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES & NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Materials and instruction are for educational purposes only and are not professional advice. Corinna is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or counselor and is not responsible or liable for your experience.

You are responsible for seeking professional support as needed.

Outside the scope of the Mentorship and any separately agreed mentorship/coaching services, no professional relationship exists between the parties.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCEPTABLE USE

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. No scraping, unauthorized distribution, harassment, or disruption of services. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or material breach of these Terms; termination for cause does not create refund obligations.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

We welcome honest feedback shared directly with us. We ask that neither party engage in public statements intended to harm the other’s reputation. This includes refraining from derogatory or malicious remarks about Wise Woman Path, Corinna Wood, team members, or participants. This clause does not limit your ability to express opinions, make good-faith reports, or exercise rights under applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Woman Path, Corinna Wood, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Mentorship and related services, any user postings made by you, your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of applicable laws. The company reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

UPDATES TO TERMS

These terms may be updated from time to time as the Mentorship is refined. If material changes are made, we will notify participants by email or via the program portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
